Paid services are billed through Stripe. By purchasing a subscription or course, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided. All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
Refund policy: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, refunds are provided at our discretion. To request a refund, email info@apasventures.co.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All content on ApasMath — including course materials, generated problems, software, text, graphics, and the ApasMath name and logo — is owned by Apas Ventures LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the course content for your own educational purposes only.
ApasMath uses AI tutoring and formal computation tools to assist learning. While we strive for accuracy and our computation engine is formally verified, you acknowledge that:
Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apas Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, or through binding arbitration at our election.
